- 1 packet cut up soup mix
- 1 packet butternut
- 2 onions
- 6 Tbs vegetable stock
- 2 litres water
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
1. Fry onions until soft.
2. Add soup mix and sauté for five minutes.
3. Add butternut, stock, salt, pepper, curry powder and water and cook for 45 minutes.
4. Blend with your Pineware stick blender. Enjoy!
