Ingredients and method

 

  1. Chop up fresh vegetables of your choice, such as carrots, broccoli, onions and leeks.
  2. Fry in a little olive oil.
  3. Add 4 cups of boiled water with 2 tablespoons of vegetable stock and simmer until vegetables are soft.
  4. Blend with your Pineware hand held blender for a minute to make vegetables smaller but not until smooth.
