Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 packet frozen mixed vegetables or cut up fresh vegetable of your choice

Method:

1. Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, and peanut butter in a small bowl.

2. Heat oil in your Pineware electric frying pan; cook and stir vegetables until just tender, 5 to 7 minutes.

3. Remove from heat and fold in soy sauce mixture.
