stir fry





Serves 4

  • 8 carrots
  • 4 red peppers
  • Red cabbage
  • Packet of mushrooms
  • Handful of broccoli
  • Packet of spinach
  • 2 packets noodles
  • 6 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 6 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons dried herbs
  • 1 lemon
  • Coconut oil
  • Salt


  1. Peel the carrots and slice them into thin rounds, then chop the broccoli into segments.
  2. Place in Pineware round electric frying pan with a tablespoon of coconut oil.
  3. Slice the cabbage into thin threads, the mushrooms into quarters and the red peppers into small cubes and add to the carrots and broccoli.
  4. Stir the spinach into the stir fry along with the soy sauce, tahini, lemon juice, herbs and salt.
  5. Cook the noodles, drain and stir them in before serving.
